INSURERS CALL FOR 40%
EMISSIONS CUTS BY 2020 TO CONTROL THE RISKS ARISING FROM CLIMATE CHANGE
ClimateWise, a global
collaboration of leading insurers focused on reducing the risks of climate
change, today called on developed countries to agree to a 40% cut in emissions
by 2020 at the UN climate change negotiations in Copenhagen in December.
ClimateWise also called on major developing countries to agree to substantial
