About Us Governance

The NBI firmly believes that good governance is essential for the sustainability of any organisation and is committed to the principles of good governance described in King IV. Through the progressive leadership and advocacy role the NBI holds, it is critical that we demonstrate this commitment in our own operations and support members and the broader business community to entrench good corporate governance in theirs. All NBI staff are signatories to the NBI’s fraud and anti-corruption policy.

The NBI’s governance architecture aligns the organisation with the requirements of the Companies Act and King IV.
