Alex McNamara (NBI’s Programme Manager: Climate And Water) Presented at the Western Cape Water Security Indaba on 16 May 2017.

The Minister of Water and Sanitation Nomvula Mokonyane, Premier Helen Zille and the Western Cape Minister Anton Bredell were in attendance at the Indaba, which focused on addressing the severe water shortages being experienced in the Western Cape. Alex’s presentation focused on the steps being taken by the NBI and business to address water risk in South Africa, as well as specific ways in which companies can support water security in the province.
