AVENG GRINAKER-LTA, NBI and Harambee Partner to Reduce Unemployment for Youth The National Business Initiative (NBI) has secured funding from the National Skills Fund to provide a 12-month structured workplace-based learning (WBL) programme for 60 civil engineering, building construction and engineering graduates from Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges in Gauteng.
