| THE NBI’S TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME completed four visioning workshops in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, engaging with 40 people from 28 companies. These workshop engagements were profoundly enlightening and useful in understanding the deeper and underlying issues relating to transformation. They highlighted the need for facilitated dialogue to explore personal and emotive issues that are very often not discussed in workplaces. The outcomes of these workshops have been consolidated into this report which details the visioning process and key outcomes.
