Why are Intergenerational Leadership Dialogues crucial for achieving solidarity in the workplace?

The National Business Initiative (NBI) has recognised that intergenerational leadership is an important aspect of transformation and equity and have created a platform to critically explore how workplaces engage around generational differences. These discussions intend to elevate the voices of young people at work, facilitating innovative thinking and reimagining leadership. This particular discussion in the Intergenerational Leadership Dialogue series will look at the importance of Solidarity in the Workplace.
