The current context of a global COVID-19 pandemic casts a specific lens on what was already a key issue in our society – and renders the issue of Gender Based Violence (GBV) much more urgent. In a time where business is challenged to look beyond profit as to how it can support broader society through this crisis, it should be borne in mind what business is doing with regards to GBV; particularly when it relates to their work force who will mostly be home-based for the foreseeable future. Join Shared Value Africa Initiative and the National Business Initiative (NBI) in a virtual roundtable discussion on gender-based violence and how business and society can collaborate to challenge, capacitate, and co-create solutions towards eradicating GBV. Please note that this webinar will also be held on Wednesday, 27 and Friday 29 May 2020 at 14:00.
