The world and South Africa have changed dramatically since February 2020. In a short time, the global COVID-19 pandemic has created conditions conducive for a perfect storm. This reality is the consequence of three converging crises:
Agile reactions are required in response to the evolving domestic and international health and socio-economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In response, the National Business Initiative (NBI) and Brand South Africa will be exploring COVID-19 recovery strategies from a brand and reputational risk perspective. This will enable companies to navigate the complex landscape of the current pandemic, recovery phase and new normal post the pandemic.
The webinar discussion and stakeholder engagement session will cover how to deal with brand reputational risk as well as priority recovery strategies in times of volatility.
For further context on the discussion, please review the draft copy of the Research Update on key contributing factors in the domestic and global environments.
The National Business Initiative and Brand South Africa are excited to announce the following key speakers:
COVID-19 recovery strategies from a brand and reputational risk perspective
