It provides an opportunity to explore the challenges\, opportunities\, lessons and best practices essential to our economic recovery\, transformation within workplaces and a just and inclusive culture\, whilst strengthening business’ role in society. \nIn this dialogue with Zyda Rylands (Woolworths Food’s CEO)\, Chantal Butler (People Director for Woolworths SA) and Zinzi Mgolodela (Woolworths Director of Corporate Affairs)\, we will explore Woolworths Inclusive Justice Initiative (IJI) journey.
