| The National Business Initiative (NBI) has initiated a three-year programme aimed at strengthening pathways and opportunities for youth through Technical and Vocational Education and Training Colleges (TVET) into the Green Economy, with a focus on Solar Water Heating and Photovoltaic Installation, Repair and Maintenance. The initiative is funded by the Confederation of Danish Industries and the Nedbank Foundation and is aligned to the strategic objectives of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to drive innovation and demand-led provision in public TVET colleges in technical and artisanal skills.
