Today (19 March 2019) participated in a panel discussion at the WC Premier’s Council on Skills, held in Cape Town. Makano addressed “Innovative Work Readiness Training” where Employers expect unemployed learners to be ready at the point of hiring and yet work readiness is not integrated into the school or College curriculum.
