As a valued member of the National Business Initiative (NBI), you are invited to attend the next NBI Membership Council Meeting in-person on Friday, 02 October 2026. This engagement provides members with a strategic opportunity to engage with the NBI’s leadership, governance, strategic direction and future impact.
Meet our Keynote Speaker:
Busisiwe Mavuso, CEO of Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA), is a prominent voice on business leadership, governance and South Africa’s development. She brings extensive experience and a strong track record of advocating for accountability, ethical leadership and meaningful business action.
Under the theme of “The Age of Accountability: Leadership, Trust and South Africa’s Future”, Busisiwe will explore the evolving nature of accountability in the South African context and its implications for business and systemic change.
The meeting will also provide an opportunity for the NBI Leadership to reflect on the progress made within the Organisation since the February 2026 Membership Council and outline the NBI’s strategic priorities for 2027, as endorsed by the NBI Board at its June 2026 meeting.
