Decarbonising the Agriculture, Forestry and Land Use (AFOLU) Sector in South Africa Report
Released today, this report focuses on the decarbonisation pathway for the South African agriculture, forestry and land use sector to net-zero by 2050 and is the fourth in a series of sector level decarbonisation reports to be released under the Just Transition Pathways study. The research, conducted by the National Business Initiative (NBI), Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is part of a comprehensive and consultative process to show that it is possible to decarbonise key sectors of the South African economy.
